This Privacy Policy describes how PolySportsBook ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our prediction market interface at polysportsbook.com (the "Interface").

By using the Interface, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Interface.

Information you provide directly:

• Email address (when you sign up via email)
• Name (when you sign up via Google)
• Any information you provide to customer support

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate geolocation (used for jurisdiction verification and fraud prevention)
• Browser type, operating system, and device information
• Pages visited and actions taken on the Interface
• Wallet address (public on-chain — inherently public by nature of blockchain)

Information from third-party services:

• Privy: authentication provider that manages your embedded wallet. Privy processes your email or Google credentials. See Privy's privacy policy at privy.io/privacy.
• Supabase: database provider that stores your account data including username and wallet address.
• Polymarket CLOB: all trades you execute are recorded on the Polygon blockchain and are publicly visible.
• Alchemy: RPC provider used for Polygon network access.

• To verify you are not a Restricted Person (jurisdiction check)
• To provide access to prediction market data and the trading interface
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• To communicate with you about your account
• To improve the Interface and fix bugs
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

All trades you execute through the Interface are recorded on the Polygon blockchain and are inherently public. Your wallet address, trade amounts, and market positions are publicly visible on-chain and cannot be deleted or made private. This is a fundamental property of public blockchain networks and is not within our control.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information:

• With Privy (authentication and embedded wallet infrastructure)
• With Supabase (database storage)
• With Alchemy (Polygon RPC — receives your wallet address and transaction data)
• With law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or court order
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)
• With your consent or at your direction

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Interface, maintain your session, and prevent fraud. Privy uses cookies to maintain your authenticated session (including the privy-token cookie).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from using the Interface.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with applicable law. On-chain transaction data is permanent and cannot be deleted due to the nature of public blockchains.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations and on-chain data limitations)
• Object to or restrict our processing of your personal information
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

The Interface is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Interface, you consent to such transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Interface after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
