Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PolySportsBook interface ("Interface"), a prediction market frontend that provides access to the Polymarket protocol on the Polygon blockchain network. By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PolySportsBook is an independent interface and is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Adventure One QSS Inc. (the operator of Polymarket.com). PolySportsBook does not operate an exchange, does not take custody of your funds, and does not control the underlying Polymarket smart contracts.

If you are a Restricted Person, you may access the Interface for informational purposes only and may not connect a wallet, place trades, or otherwise use the prediction market features.

Use of a VPN or similar tool to circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited.

PolySportsBook is a prediction market interface, not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or financial services provider. The Interface provides:

• Information about prediction market prices and probabilities sourced from the Polymarket protocol
• A user interface for interacting with Polymarket smart contracts on the Polygon network
• An embedded wallet (via Privy) for self-custodied access to the Polygon network

All trades you execute through the Interface are conducted directly with the Polymarket smart contract protocol. PolySportsBook never takes custody of your funds, does not act as counterparty to any trade, and has no ability to reverse, modify, or cancel any transaction once it is broadcast to the blockchain.

Nothing on this Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Prices displayed are informational only and do not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

By using the Interface, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined above
• You are not subject to economic or trade sanctions administered by any governmental authority
• Your use of the Interface does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction
• You possess sufficient knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptoassets, and prediction markets to use the Interface
• You understand that prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of funds

Specific risks include but are not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities in the Polymarket protocol
• Market resolution by the UMA Optimistic Oracle in a manner you disagree with
• Price volatility of underlying cryptoassets
• Network congestion, failed transactions, and gas fees
• Interface downtime or inaccessibility
• Regulatory changes that affect access to or use of the Interface
• Loss of private keys or wallet access

All prediction markets displayed on the Interface are resolved by the UMA Optimistic Oracle, a smart contract-based oracle system, in accordance with each market's pre-defined resolution rules. PolySportsBook has no involvement in and no ability to influence market resolution.

Disputes about market resolution must be raised through the UMA dispute resolution process. PolySportsBook is not responsible for and has no liability in connection with any market resolution outcome.

The Interface uses Privy to create and manage embedded wallets. You — and only you — are responsible for the security of your wallet, including any private keys, recovery phrases, and authentication credentials.

PolySportsBook cannot access your private keys, cannot reverse transactions, and cannot recover funds lost due to wallet compromise, loss of credentials, or user error.

You agree not to:

• Access the Interface if you are a Restricted Person
• Use a VPN or anonymization tool to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or front-running
• Trade on the basis of material non-public information about an underlying event
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Interface or its infrastructure
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYSPORTSBOOK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLYSPORTSBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED £100.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, the Interface, or the features available through the Interface at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Interface after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Interface shall be governed by applicable law. You agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration and waive any right to participate in a class action.
